Trying to figure out how to go green in your daily life? Don’t know where to start? Here’s how to do it a little at a time, day by day so you can make a difference without feeling overwhelmed.
For a long while, friends and family poked fun at me for my “green” ways…my cloth napkins, cloth diapers, little backyard garden, and sometimes even my philosophy on green energy. Yet at the same time, they were intrigued, asking why I use vinegar in my laundry detergent or how to freeze an abundance of figs for fig jam, or how I made these weird, fun crafts out of random leftover food containers or packaging. So instead of emailing or telling people over and over my “little green secrets”, I have created this blog to share my tips on how to go green and provide a forum for all of you to share your green tips as well. So read on and jump in with whispers or shouts about your own adventures in living green day by day.
