What better way than a Nature Scavenger Hunt! My kids love doing these every so often in the nice weather, even in the not so nice weather, so here’s a printable I’m sharing with all of you FREE!
You can print it out (on recycled paper of course!) and have your little ones check things off as they find them. Or if they are reading and writing, you can have them write in what exactly they found in the space provided.
I created TWO FREE VERSIONS to download:
1) One for 2-5 year olds (those who can’t read yet and who may not have a grasp of basic science yet like what oxygen is, etc.).
2) One for 6-10 year olds (for those that can read, count, basic science understanding, and can write what they found in the boxes).
Can’t wait for your feedback! Let me know if your kids like these and please feel free to share a link to this page on your blog or Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, etc. if you have a lot of readers with children who would be interested in this!
Last but not least, enjoy the last few weeks of summer!
